Business Development Representative Industrial and Land Development Sectors
This position is: Full Time
Position Location: Houston, TX

Work with Marketing and Business Development Team to identify and develop strategic relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify and pursue a business development program and generating new business opportunities that ensures maximum exposure to new business prospects for firm within the industrial and land development industries.

Will ensure that the development of new business is fulfilling the mission and vision of the firm.

Create and build client relationships while supporting interaction to obtain projects.


Bachelor's or advanced in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or Science degree programs

Well-developed presentation skills.

Ability to relate to clients and prospects at all levels of the organization and must possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills (both oral and written).

Computer and client relationship management software proficient

Minimum of 5 years knowledge or industry experience required.
