It's that Time of Year   Tier II Reports Are Due March 1st

Tier II reporting, as part of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), is required for all facilities that manufacture, process, and store chemicals above certain threshold quantities.  Tier II reports must be prepared and submitted annually by March 1st, for quantities stored during the previous calendar year, to the State Emergency Response Commission, Local Emergency Planning Committee, and the local fire department that services the facility.
