SUE Quality Levels
Each project and budget are unique, and you need just enough information to avoid costly utility conflicts during construction. Not every task demands the pinnacle of every service, including Subsurface Utility Engineering. TBS works closely with clients to arrive at the appropriate quality level(s) for each project and performs SUE services in accordance with the ASCE 38 guideline and industry standards. This is achieved by collaboratively determining specific project and client needs, then employing an iterative approach in pursuit of each Quality Level.
With decades of experience and an extensive in-house equipment suite, we achieve all four (4) Quality Levels (QL) of utility depictions.

TBS’ CE&I associates act as our clients’ eyes and ears on the project site to provide more extensive observation of the work in progress and further protection to our client against deficiencies in the constructed project. TBS can provide daily report preparation, verification of quantities for pay requests, review of change order request, drawing and specification interpretation, and assistance with project closeout.
