K&B Machine Works (K&B) requested assistance in developing a 30-acre tract of land on the Rebecca Industrial Complex in Houma, Louisiana, in order to construct a new facility.
The Solution
Our Creative Approach
TBS developed the boundary survey and then collected topographic field survey data to use in developing the construction plans. TBS also provided the required professional services to prepare construction plans and technical specifications for sidewalks, parking areas, access roadways, and storage areas with the associated site drainage for the site. Also included was a gravity sewer collection system and grinder pump station. TBS designed the continuation of the eight-inch waterline loop around the perimeter of the property and coordinated with authority having jurisdiction for reviews and approval.
