The challenge was to perform dredge surveys of boathouses along the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW).
The Solution
Our Creative Approach
TBS performed dredge surveys in support of maintenance dredging of the boathouses along the GIWW. TBS supplemented single beam echo sounder surveys with lead-line surveys in areas where utilizing an echo sounder was not practical. This project demonstrates TBS’ ability to provide before and after dredge surveys on Corps of Engineer projects requiring specialized methods to obtain soundings.
