The Challenge
The Laitram Northshore Facility planned to expand and required professional civil design services to assist in their expansion. The owner required expedited delivery of construction documents while working with a dynamic changing scope of work.
The Solution
The owner chose a local design-build firm to manage and deliver a quality finished product in an expedited manner. The Laitram Northshore Expansion project consisted of a two-phase expansion of an existing manufacturing facility located in Tangipahoa Parish, LA. As part of the design-build team, TBS provided civil design services for site, pavement, drainage, and utility design, as well as SWPPP preparation and topographic surveying services. Additionally, TBS provided master planning services for the potential build-out of the entire 57-acre site.
